On Friday, Lana figured out how to use the walker toy in the day care. So she started cruising the room, dragging the walker. This is her first walking experience by her own, without the help of daddy.
She now climbs all the stairs in the speed of light, without hesitation.
Today daddy encouraged her to get down from the big bed by herself. After few seconds of hesitation, she put the first leg down, and then turned and put the second leg down, and figured out how to get down on her own.
Few days ago, she grabbed her cell phone toy, and put it on her ear.
Lately, she started extending her arm towards us, to either give us something (that she actually keeps hanging on to J ), or to call us towards her. And she sometimes opens and closes her hand, as if she was doing the ta3a ta3a sign.
Today daddy was teaching her to grab the bottle by herself. Instead, she took the bottle cap and closed the bottle. She is starting to make association between the objects. And she kept closing the bottle, as to pass the message that she is done drinking J
It has been a while that she has been sleeping on her own, without rocking, in the day care. But at home, she still asks for mommy or daddy's help to sleep.
