Why are they following me?!?!?!?!

Lana and mommy went to the July4 celebration. They were sitting in a field where a firework show was about to happen. Lana was excited up until the fireworks started. As expected, she got scared. But she did not ask to leave. She sat in mommy's lap complaining that they scared her. But she was still enjoying them.
Then she pointed at another side of the field and asked:"are there fireworks there?". Mommy said No. A little bit later, Lana asked to move to this other side of the field. While going there, she kept looking at the fireworks and was surprised that they still seem to be close to her. She complained "Why are they following me?!?!?!?!?!?!"

Updates

Lana went to see Dr Patel for her eczema.
She got measured again:
- Height: 42.5 inches (108 cm); 90th percentile
- Weight: 37 pounds (17 kilos): 50th percentile

Peach Tree

Daddy and Lana have been very involved in planting lately. Lana asked daddy to order a peach tree to plant it. Daddy agreed, but he wanted to set Lana’s exceptions, by explaining to her not to expect the peach tree to make peaches right away. He explained: “When we plant the peach tree, it will be small. It takes a long time for the peach tree to grow and make peaches. Like you and Katrina. You are born a very small baby, and you start growing up slowly, and then you start walking”.
Lana’s answer: “But trees don’t walk”.
Yep, that's all she got from daddy's analogy.

Big Deception

Lana was watching Dora. She looked at Tico and said “Tico is a squirrel. Squirrels don’t talk. Why is he talking on the TV”. Mommy explained “That’s right. Squirrels don’t talk. Tico is pretend, he is not real. Everything on TV is pretend. Even Dora is pretend”. Lana looked at mommy with angry eyes and said “Don’t ever ever say again that Dora is pretend”.

Yeah, how does mommy dare saying that Lana’s hero is pretend.

P.S: “Pretend” is Lana’s definition for things that are not real.
