Month 10: February 17 2010

She wakes up at night, and exercises her "tatatatatatatata" song. She is practicing for a big recital.

She now can stand up holding on to anything: chairs, beds, tables, dressers. She moves between furniture. And no objects are beyond her reach now.

She likes the “police-voleur” game. She runs and laughs while mommy is chasing her.

Lana looking for Laxatives in the drawers

Lana on daddy's bed

Month 10: February 12 2010

Lana's cold is almost over.

Mommy and daddy realized that their initial child proofing needs to be revised. Lana is opening all drawers, reaching the top of the dressers. And her curiosity is taking her everywhere, even the smallest and tiniest places. She is becoming very curious and wants to explore every area in the house.

She objects loudly when mommy removes something from her hand, or does not allow her to explore a certain area like the restroom.

She is standing up almost all the time. As soon as she finds something to hold to, she is up, trying to reach things that are at a higher level. But she still doesn't know how to sit back again. So she calls for help when she wants to sit back. And she stands up on her feet, not her tip toes anymore.

Month 10: February 07 2010

Lana seems to have caught a cold. She has a runny nose. No fever.

She probably got it from somebody in the gym class
